Hi! I’m Mary Lynne

I'm the founder of The Inner Peace Institute, a Personal Empowerment Coach, and best-selling author of The Warrior Teenager.

Over twenty years ago, I started on my self-healing journey. With every training and learning I experienced, I would grow and flourish, only to return to a place of stuck-ness in life, career, and relationships, during which my health would plummet, affecting my energy and day-to-day activities. I was determined to do anything and everything to heal whatever was keeping me from fully being happy and healthy.

I have traveled to India, practiced numerous meditation and yoga methods, and read countless books on healing and spirituality. Yet, I was still stuck, feeling lost and searching for the answer. 

When I finally figured it out, I vowed to share everything I had learned with as many people as possible. I am happy to share that I have finally arrived and am on a mission to help others have inner peace, health, and happiness.

I discovered Qigong while completing a research project on how energy practices help heal the body. I attended a weekend training course, and although I didn't know what I was doing or how it was helping me, I knew I needed more! Within four years, I was certified and ready to share my love of this ancient practice with anyone and everyone interested.
